I finally uploaded it.

This is how I made it:

I looked at a picture of Gir and drew it in my sketchpad. Then I scanned it onto my computer and traced over the lines so its easier to see.

Please critique. I want to color it but I have no idea what to use for the exact colors. If I get requests to do so, however, I will color it (as best I can).
